Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3–8 years of professional software development experience, preferably in JavaScript-centric environments.
Proven expertise in advanced OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, algorithms, and large-scale system design.
Excellent debugging, performance optimization, and architectural design skills.
Track record of mentoring team members and leading projects from concept to deployment.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
Commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with industry trends.
